Widmer Innovation Brewing
It started out as a beer and it became a Manhattan! We're collaborating with our favorite brewers at Widmer to make a barrel-aged strong ale infused with orange peel, dark cherry and our signature botanicals. Now pouring at fine establishments in the Portland area!
Fire Brew
Do you know about rejuvelac? It's a tasty fermented beverage made from seeds or grains. We're working on one for the fall with our spicy friends at Fire Brew. Expect a bright and refreshing flavor enhanced with our herbal magic.
Proof•Reader
Tired of bitters that just didn't cut it, Proof•Reader went on a search to find someone who could craft the perfect flavor. Their search ended here. We now make proprietary aromatic bitters for their signature Old Fashioned. Soon, you'll be able to take these babies home to your bar, thanks to the Waterfront Marriott gift shop.
